You can send us your CV via the ‘Spontaneous Application’ option. Your profile will be registered in our database in accordance with data protection legislation and taken into consideration in case any positions corresponding to your profile open up.

Yes, it is possible. Especially if you live far from our properties. Should the first interview be successful, a second in-person interview will be necessary.

Consistently with the Company’s values, Lefay dedicates a great attention to its Staff, especially concerning their professional growth. For this reason, when a new position in the Lefay Group is needed, careful research among the current Staff members is carried out before selecting new people. In this way, those human resources that, following a career promotion, could perform the vacant position, may be selected.

We offer two different types of internships. ‘Curricular internships’, intended for general education or training, issue a qualification or certification with public value. ‘Extra-curricular internships’, on the other hand, are aimed at facilitating professional choices through direct knowledge of the world of work, providing the opportunity to acquire skills for entering or re-entering the labour market.

To ensure effective management of the selection system, the only way to submit your curriculum vitae is through our website. All requests received by email or post will not be considered.

Once a current selection process has been closed, the relevant CVs received are archived and taken into account for future selections matching their profile. If you would like to apply for a new open position on our website, you can still re-submit your CV and notify us of any updates.

Each Staff member has the right to benefit from the holidays envisaged by the National Collective Agreement for Tourism Industry while the Resort is closed and may request other holiday periods of his/her choice throughout the year (excluding the peak season).

To all Staff members who request it, Lefay offers free accommodation in dedicated apartments not far from the Resorts. The accommodations are comfortable and equipped with Wi-Fi. Employees who do not request accommodation are provided (depending on their place of residence) with a reimbursement in addition to their salary.

Lefay applies the National Collective Agreement for Tourism Industry, to all employees, with contractual status linked to their role in the company, on a permanent or temporary basis according to the specific characteristics and requirements of the position available.
Through an objective and transparent process, Lefay also evaluates the work of its employees, awarding additional financial rewards for the best performance.

When starting their job, each Staff member is given a set of uniforms for their department. In addition, laundry and ironing services are offered free of charge.
