I arrived at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti after 30 years working in a very different field. Today, I am very happy with my choice: I work in a healthy, friendly, and safe environment, which pays great attention to its employees. This encourages me to approach each working day with a positive attitude. In four years’ time, I have had the opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally, by attending excellent training courses whereby I have developed new skills. I am part of a strong and experienced department. I feel like I’m in a big family.
